To Contact Qualtrics Support

1. 1. Go to qualtrics.com/support, scroll down and click the "Contact Support" button
      
      
      
      

1. When the page loads asking for a Username and Password, click "Sign in with SSO"
   
   
   
   
2. Enter "utexas" in the Organization ID box and click "Continue"
   
   
   
   
3. Sign in with your EID and EID password on the next page
   
   
4. Choose the "I have a different support request." box and choose "Survey Platform" from the dropdown of Qualtrics products. Then you can choose whether to get support via chat, email, or phone.
