When attempting to access a web-based application that is protected by Enterprise Authentication, you receive the following error message:

You may be seeing this page because you used the Back button while browsing a secure web site or application. Alternatively, you may have mistakenly bookmarked the web sign in form instead of the actual web site you wanted to bookmark or used a link created by somebody else who made the same mistake.


If you get this page after using the Back button on your browser, you should be able to return to the web site or application that you were using without issue. If you are unable to do so, please Log Out, close your browser, and try again.

If you have clicked on a link in a Microsoft Office product (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and wound up on this page, please see I receive "Error: Stale Request" when clicking on a link in a Microsoft product.

If you have clicked on a link or a bookmark, please manually enter the address of your web site or application into your browser's address bar. You may need to update your bookmark or link, as appropriate. Links which contain "" will not work.

If you are still having trouble, please make sure that your browser is not blocking all cookies. Failing that, follow your browser's documentation to clear the cache and cookies.
