Installation and Repair
For installation and repair services, you will need to provide your department name, a departmental account number and a description of the service you require on online REQUEST SERVICE form.

E-mail Campus Security Systems at bacshelp@its.utexas.edu, providing a specific subject and a clear description of your problem or question. This will help us respond to your request more quickly. We will respond to e-mail messages within 4 business hours.
Responding to False Alarms
The University of Texas Police Department (UTPD) monitors the security systems and responds to alarms.
If you have accidentally triggered your alarm, you need to call UTPD at (512) 471-4441 after you disable the alarm. You will be asked your name and your secret code (if you do not have one, see your supervisor).
