Follow these steps to create a university blog:

1. Log in at the upper right corner of sites.utexas.edu with your UT EID.

   

2. Request a blog through the Blog Request Form. You will be asked to specify your desired URL (sites.utexas.edu/mynewsite).

All content on the University Blog Service should not violate the Acceptable Use Policy and should be consistent with the university’s Missions, Core Purpose, and Honor Code.

Note: This service is not approved to host Confidential data or FERPA Data. Additionally, the service is not approved for course-related activities.
