IT Maintenance Calendar

The IT Maintenance Calendar is a web-based calendar for publishing IT service Maintenance Windows. Authorization to manage maintenance windows is available to staff with the ITIL fulfiller role in UT ServiceNow.

4/29/22:  The IT Maintenance Calendar is transitioning to UT ServiceNow! To lay the foundation for more integrated change management, the IT Maintenance Calendar is now part of UT ServiceNow:

The stand-alone calendar at will be retired on 6/14/22.  Events will be migrated from the stand-alone calendar to ServiceNow before the retirement date.

    Request access to the IT Maintenance Calendar or report a problem.


    Available to:Faculty and Staff
    • Schedule and manage IT maintenance events, including recurring items
    • View upcoming maintenance events in a calendar format

    The IT Maintenance Calendar is available at no cost.

    Service Level Objectives

    Routine requests are typically addressed within one business day.  
    UT Service Desk staff may escalate requests as needed.

    M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
