List reports can be exported in the following formats: Excel, CSV, PDF

All other reports can be exported in the following formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF

To export a list report

1. Open/Run the report

2. Right click on any column header from the report output

3. Highlight Export in pop-up menu

4. Select the format for your export

5. Your export file will be created and available to save

To export other reports as PDFs

1. Open/Run the report

2. Click on the Save dropdown arrow on the report

3. Select Export to PDF from the menu

4. Your export file will be created and available to save

To export other reports as PNGs or JPEGs

1. Open/Run the report

2. Click on the hamburger icon  at the top of the report display

3. Select Save as PNG or Save as JPEG from the dropdown menu

4. Your export file will be created and available to save
