Password reset questions can be used to reset your UT EID password if you forget it or if your UT EID is locked. If you did not set up password reset questions as part of the EID creation process, you should consider setting them up now.
To set up password reset questions, go to Setting up Password Reset Questions in the Manage My UT EID Profile section of the self-service tools.
