To check the status of a ticket (incident or request):
Log in to http://ut.service-now.com/sp with EID credentials
- Your open/completed incidents and requests will appear under My Tickets
- Incidents are listed with INC prefix; catalog items from requests are labeled with RITM prefix
- Click the ticket name to view additional information and/or make updates to the ticket
