How to access Office 365 using the stock email application for Android

Solution

Step 1. Tap the application launcher icon on the home screen

Step 2. Swipe to find the application simply named ‘Email’

Step 3. Tap the option labeled ‘Corporate’

Step 4. Enter your Office 365 email address and tap the ‘Manual Setup’ button

Step 5. Tap the ‘Exchange’ button

Step 6. Enter your Office 365 email address and your EID password and tap the right arrow

Step 7. Remove the austin.utexas.edu in the Server field and replace it with outlook.office365.com and tap the right arrow

Step 8. In the ‘Account Options’ section select your desired preferences and tap the right arrow

Step 9. It will ask you to provide a name for your account (this can be anything) then tap the right arrow to complete

Step 10. The setup will close, to verify navigate the application launcher and re-launch the ‘Email’ application
