University Policy authorizes the ID Center to issue UT ID Cards to employees, students, affiliates, and other individuals required to validate their relationship with the University, to verify identity, and manage access to University services and facilities.

Take Your UT ID Card Photo

University Policy requires a recognizable facial photo of the cardholder to be printed on their UT ID Card. 

Online

You may request your own photo to be reviewed for use on your UT ID Card by submitting it online.

In Person

If you are unable to use or complete the online photo submission process, you may visit the ID Center in-person, during business hours, and ID Center staff will take your photo. 

Pick Up Your UT ID Card

When you visit the ID Center to pick up your UT ID Card, you will be required to present a valid, current government-issued photo ID.
