Lost Connection to Austin Disk Services

During a regularly scheduled maintenance period, or if there are problems with Austin Disk services, your computer may lose its connection to Austin Disk. The primary symptom of a lost connection is an hourglass or blank window when you try to access your disk space (share) on Austin Disk.

To reconnect your Windows computer to Austin Disk, restart your computer. To reconnect your Mac to Austin Disk, follow the instructions for connecting securely to austin.utexas.edu using WebDAV.
